Coconut Blueberry Protein Pancakes

COCONUT BLUEBERRY PROTEIN PANCAKES RECIPE

Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp. egg white
  • 1/2 cup Vital Proteins Organic Grass-fed Whey protein
  • 1/4 cup almond milk

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until it's the consistency of pancake batter
  2. Pour a small amount onto a skillet over medium heat
  3. Flip after about two minutes
  4. Top with fresh blueberries, unsweetened coconut flakes, and 1 tsp of organic grade A maple syrup.
