FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE I FEEL HEALTHY, HAPPY
I decided to buy the HBSG and HBMP then. I have loved every workout even the tough ones. I have made such strides in better choices and life balance to a healthier lifestyle. I love that all the workouts give you complete options on how to modify and sneak in just a few moments if that’s all I have! I have learned that it isnt an all or nothing, its a collaborative balance that I absolutely need in my life. SO WORTH IT!
I started gaining weight when I graduated college in a large city and moved home to the country. There isn’t a gym close by like there was at school. I could walk to the one there and now it’s a 20+ minute drive. I have been following @lovesweatfitness for a couple years now, I just love that Katie is a real person that strives to better herself everyday. Last summer, May 2016 to be exact, I took a picture with my boyfriend at a graduation party and it made me nauseous. I HAD to do something, where did the fit, in shape, athlete that I had always been go? I was at a weight of 168, my heaviest ever. I started eating better and did at home workouts here and there. I lost some weight but around Christmas I still wasn’t happy and soon after bought the HBSG. I even got up the courage to create an Instagram for my fitness journey and I would be lying if I said I didn’t love it! The lsf community is so uplifting and inspiring! To date, I am down 30 pounds but I am currently trying to tone and build muscle so the number on the scale soon will not matter. I am excited to be taking on this journey with @lovesweatfitness!

TRAVEL FRIENDLY & FUN
I’ve tried several different workout regimens; gyms, dvds, classes, etc. One of the best parts of the HBSG is that you can literally take it anywhere, I have it saved on my phone and computer so I can workout at home, at the gym or on the go wherever I am. It’s convenient and literally takes about 30min to complete each day. I love that Katie gives you day to day instructions AND encouragement along the way. Another favorite of mine are the bonus workouts added to some of the days, just to push yourself a little farther and make the gains! Love being a part of such a great community and having such a wonderful workout tool at my fingertips!

SIMPLE BUT CHALLENGING AND EFFECTIVE!
I love the Sweat Guide. It’s simple and easy to follow and has so much info in it. It will save you so much in gym memberships! The exercise guide explains all the moves and has example pictures to. The exercises are about 30 min to complete (which everyone can fit in to their day).
