    I recently bought your hot body meal plan and am starting week 3 AND I’ve lost 3lbs! I’m super excited and so far it seems to be really working for me. In fact, your transformation before/after picture that you posted on Instagram was a huge inspiration for me! I’ve always been about 20lbs overweight and I’m ready for a change!

    Anyway, I’ve noticed that whey protein is happening a lot this upcoming week and so far I haven’t found one that I love. Do you have any recommendations?

  2. I purchased the Hot Body Sweat Guide AND the Hot Body Meal Plan. These guides were so simple to follow and jam packed with helpful tips/recipes.
    *HBSG, I loved the breakdown of moves and they way you work out a different area each day. Can do these moves in the gym or right at home. It uses a lot of your own body weight and really pushes you. I was SO sore but in the best kind of way. I’m really out of shape so I did have to alter a couple moves, but just keep pushing!
    *HBMP, Eating 5 meals day, I learned portion control and how to fuel my body with the right foods. Everything is clean and my body felt the difference right away. I never felt like I was eating the same exact thing 2 days in row. I curbed sugar/cheese cravings and felt full all day long. After following for a full month consistently, I was able to lose around 5-6 pounds! The best part is that I know I can keep going forward with these eating habits and those pounds aren’t going to creep back.
