Good morning,
I am new to LSF and would like to find out 🙂 On the challenge for example legs & booty challenge – It states the amount of squats that are required and then it refers to different exercises (yoga sculpt, closer abs workout, etc.) Where do I find the additional workouts like the yoga sculpt?

I’m also new to the LSF challenges. Are these meant to be repeated past the 14 days? Are there other workouts you do with it, do you do something else when the challenge is over, or do you combine challenges? Lots of questions here about how this works. Thanks 🙂
